Beyond the Pool
Beyond the Pool — Fire, Water & Finishing Touches for Your Backyard
Your pool is the centerpiece. The features around it are what make it yours. At Pacific Pools & Patios, we design and build the fire and water elements that elevate a custom pool into a backyard you never want to leave — all integrated into your poolscape as part of one cohesive design. We’re a custom pool and spa builder first, and every enhancement here is built to complement the water, not compete with it.
Fire Features
Fire Bowls Sculptural fire bowls mounted at the pool’s edge or on pedestals — a striking counterpoint to the water and a natural gathering point after sunset.
Fire Pits Built-in fire pits that anchor your poolside seating and extend the season into Southern California’s cooler evenings.
Water Features
Waterfalls & Rock Features Natural stone or sculpted waterfalls that bring the sight and sound of moving water to your pool.
Sheer Descents A sleek, sheet-like curtain of water — modern, elegant, and stunning when backlit at night.
Bubblers & Deck Jets Playful arcs and gentle bubblers, especially popular on tanning ledges and shallow play areas.
Spillover Spas An elevated spa that spills into the pool below — a classic luxury element with powerful visual impact and year-round use.
Pool & Spa Enhancements
Custom Spa Additions A custom spa integrated into your pool design — for hydrotherapy, relaxation, and four-season enjoyment.
Lighting & Automation Tie-Ins LED color lighting and automation that let you set the scene for your fire and water features from your phone.
Select Modular Outdoor Kitchen Solutions
Bring the entertaining poolside with select modular outdoor kitchen units — ready-to-integrate solutions that complement your pool environment without the timeline or complexity of full custom construction. We’ll help you choose an option that fits your space and the way your family likes to gather.
