Pool Construction
Custom Inground Pool Construction — Designed for the Way Your Family Lives
Shotcrete construction. Full 2D & 3D design. Transparent process. Serving Riverside, Redlands & the Inland Empire.
Building a custom pool is one of the most meaningful investments you’ll make in your home. At Pacific Pools & Patios, we’ve helped hundreds of Inland Empire families design and build their dream pool over the past 34 years — and we approach every new project with the same care and commitment as the first.
No cookie-cutter designs. No cutting corners. Just a custom-built shotcrete pool engineered to your lot, your lifestyle, and your vision.
Your Pool, Visualized Before We Break Ground
One of the biggest anxieties homeowners have about building a pool? Not being able to see what it will actually look like until it’s too late to change anything. We eliminate that problem entirely.
Every Pacific Pools & Patios project begins with a comprehensive design process — so you can see, refine, and fall in love with your pool before construction ever begins.
Step-by-step process (numbered list):
Step 1 — Free In-Home or Showroom Consultation We start by listening. Tell us how you want to use your pool, who uses it, what your yard looks like, and what your goals are. We’ll ask the right questions and start shaping a vision.
Step 2 — 2D Design We produce a detailed top-down 2D plan of your pool, spa, and surrounding deck area — drawn to scale on your actual property dimensions so you can see exactly how everything fits.
Step 3 — 3D Rendering Then we bring it to life. Our full 3D renderings let you see your future pool from any angle — so you can visualize the depth, shape, features, and finish before a single shovel hits the ground.
Step 4 — Finalize & Permit Once you love the design, we finalize your specifications, select your finishes at our Riverside showroom, and handle the permitting process from start to finish.
Step 5 — Construction Our experienced crews begin construction with precision — excavation, steel, shotcrete shell, plumbing, electrical, and finish work — all managed with clear communication at every milestone.
Step 6 — Final Walkthrough & Pool School Before we hand over the keys to your pool, we walk you through every system, every feature, and every maintenance need — so you’re set up for success from day one.
Why We Build in Shotcrete — and Why It Matters
Not all pools are built the same. Pacific Pools & Patios builds exclusively in shotcrete— a pneumatically applied concrete mixture that creates the strongest, most durable pool shell available. Unlike vinyl liner or fiberglass options, shotcrete pools are:
- Fully custom in shape and size — no pre-made molds, no limitations
- Exceptionally durable — engineered to last decades with proper care
- Infinitely finishable — compatible with plaster, pebble, tile, and more
- The preferred choice for high-end residential pools in Southern California
When you invest in a Pacific Pools & Patios shotcrete pool, you’re investing in something built to last a lifetime.
